Q. Where is my order?
A. Normally orders ship within 5 business days.
The order delivers UPS ground unless express shipping is specifically requested at the time the order was placed. Please still allow 5 business days for the order to be processed before adding on the amount of time it takes to ship. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If it is a holiday your order will be delayed a few days.
Q. My credit card has been
billed twice.
A. At the time of the order, a hold is placed on the correct amount of funds
needed.
The credit card is not actually billed until the order is shipped.
If the continue button on the credit card screen is clicked multiple times the
order is placed multiple times.
Please! To avoid multiple charges only click the continue button once.
Q. The order I received does
not have the correct information on it.
A. The information that the customer inputs into the order are computer
generated and printed exactly as it was placed. Please double check your
information. Look at the preview and make sure the correct information is on the
cards preview. We are not responsible for the wrong information on the cards.
Q. I want to change the
information on my cards.
A. Once the order is placed the information is sent to print. It cannot be
changed.
Q. It has been a long time and I still have not received my order.
A. Sometimes an order is cancelled by XANGO compliance. If this is the case an
e-mail is sent explaining the situation, your order is not printed and you are
not charged. You can check the status of your order by putting in your order
number and clicking order status.
Q. What is your return Policy?
A. The Return Policy is as follows: This is a custom order; NO
returns, changes, or refunds will be permitted once an order has been placed.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm the accuracy of all the
information contained on the card. Another person will NOT verify this card,
thus will print exactly as the information was entered. The company will not be
responsible for any wrong or inaccurate information or any misspelled words.
